We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team. Our business values accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial management and is committed to providing a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Xero
Handle AP/AR, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and payroll
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Ensure timely submission of statutory filings (CPF, GST, IRAS etc.)
Maintain accounting records and supporting documents
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Respond to auditors and other external regulatory bodies as required
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or a relevant field
2+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
Proficiency in Xero accounting software
Familiarity with Singapore payroll, CPF, GST, and IRAS requirements
Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
Prior experience in SME environment
Knowledge of other accounting platforms a plus (e.g. QuickBooks, MYOB)
Experience with Singapore statutory filings
