Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for management and stakeholders. Assist in the preparation and management of budgets to ensure efficient financial planning and control. Liaise with auditors, tax agents and respective brand HOD to prepare the Financial Statement and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws and regulations in financial reporting and transactions. Manage the daily accounts receivable function, including tracking and recording customer payments. Manage cash flow by monitoring accounts receivable and payable and optimising cash reserves. Prepare and issue invoices and credit notes. Prepare monthly statement of accounts for customers. Weekly updates and follow-up of wholesale collections with sales team and department stores. Prepare intercompany billings of shipment to associated companies in Indonesia. Processing and verifying all sales receipts. Perform AR issue reconciliation, investigate and resolve unposted receipts. Any ad-hoc assignment from time-to-time basis.

Attributes / Skills Required

The successful candidate will have a proven track record with demonstrated skill in the following areas:


Good working knowledge of SFRS & Singapore taxation. Prior experience in the retail industry will be a bonus. Speed and accuracy in terms of work quality. Strong problem-solving & analytical skills. Well organised and structured thought process. Meticulous with attention to details. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with systems. Able to multitask and work under pressure. Good communication & interpersonal skills.

Experience / Education Required

Degree in Accountancy / ACCA. * Min 3 years of relevant experience including min 2 years in a Public Accounting firm.
