Perform accurate of daily, monthly and yearly bankbooks, reconciliation and bank statement for all the bank accounts
Perform accurate of data entry for accounts to computerized accounting system (AR and AP) and general administrative duties related to project including documentation, filing, collections, payments, etc
Perform accurate of monthly AP and AR aging reports, follow up the statement of accounts, include trade debtors & creditors aging reconciliations.
Perform accurate of project accounting billing, costing, revenue, account tracking and related reconcile journals.
Monitoring project accounts and conducting monthly and quarterly reviews.
Preparing monthly forecast and annual budgets, cashflow projections and financial analysis.
Support and assist in preparation of GST and BCA reporting.
Prepare Group’s quarterly and end of financial year consolidated financial statement
Review quarterly and yearly reporting of subsidiaries
Liaise with auditors, tax agent and provide required documentation/analysis as required
To supervise junior executives, provide assistance and/or guidance to them in executing their duties
Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
Minimum 2-3 years working experience
Prior experience in construction industry will be an advantage
Familiar with corporate financial reporting, taxation and reporting requirements
Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (FRS) preferred
Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Hand-on experience with ACCPAC system will be an added advantage
Possess good working attitude
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadline.
