Job Description


Handle and maintain full sets of accounts (AP, AR & GL)

  • Process invoices, issue cheque, payment voucher and receipt voucher
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and related cash reports
  • Liaise with suppliers / subcontractors regarding invoices and payment matters
  • Perform cost allocation for projects and project cost monitoring
  • Staff claim verification and prepare listing for disbursements
  • Prepare journal entries for accruals, prepayments & other adjustment
  • Ensure the preparation of financial and management results are done in a timely and accurate manner
  • Preparation of year end statutory financial statements
  • Preparing documents for annual audits and liaising with auditors
  • Assist in internal audit and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Manage month-end closing and prepare monthly management reports and schedules
  • Handle quarterly GST filling
  • Prepare Budget and quarterly cash flow forecast
  • Monthly input of data into Cognos
  • Liaise and communicate with bankers and internal related departments
  • Administration, office support and documentation
  • Other related accounting duties by the Management
