- Maintain full set of accounts for companies incorporated in Singapore, UAE, and other regional countries;
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports;
- Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance;
- Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting and analysis of financial information;
- Prepare monthly consolidation pack for the Group;
- Assist to implement key financial controls and compliance;
- Prepare and contribute to statutory audits and tax filings for the group and companies;
- Work and support companies’ strategic projects when required, managing intercompany transactions, inter-group expense recharging, project accounting, etc.
- Accounting degree or equivalent
- At least an associate member of ACCA/CA/CPA.
- Min. 3 years related working experience in Logistics with costing and controls preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Regional Tax exposure and Statutory Compliance requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- IFRS accounting and reporting standards
- Cloudsuite and Quickbooks
- Proactive and hands-on team player and with an eye for details
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to build and foster positive working relationship to drive efficient processes to support a robust internal control environment
