• Perform accurate of daily, monthly and yearly bankbooks, reconciliation and bank statement for all the bank accounts
• Perform accurate of data entry for accounts to computerized accounting system (AR and AP) and general administrative duties related to project including documentation, filing, collections, payments, etc
• Perform accurate of monthly AP and AR aging reports, follow up the statement of accounts, include trade debtors & creditors aging reconciliations.
• Perform accurate of project accounting billing, costing, revenue, account tracking and related reconcile journals.
• Monitoring project accounts and conducting monthly and quarterly reviews.
• Preparing monthly forecast and annual budgets, cashflow projections and financial analysis.
• Support and assist in preparation of GST and BCA reporting.
• Prepare Group’s quarterly and end of financial year consolidated financial statement
• Review quarterly and yearly reporting of subsidiaries
• Liaise with auditors, tax agent and provide required documentation/analysis as required
• To supervise junior executives, provide assistance and/or guidance to them in executing their duties
• Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years working experience
• Prior experience in construction industry will be an advantage
• Familiar with corporate financial reporting, taxation and reporting requirements
• Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (FRS) preferred
• Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Hand-on experience with ACCPAC system will be an added advantage
• Possess good working attitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadline.
