Job Description
GradePixel is a full-service photography and videography agency in Singapore that specialises in commercial photography, such as print advertising, public campaigns, and e-commerce.
Responsibilities
- Use Quickbooks to create a backbone of bookkeeping
- Prepare Staff Payroll (7 pax)
- Prepare and issue invoices and relevant accounting records
- Follow up on payments
- Handle a full set of accounts.
- Computing Tax for company and submission of Form C / C-S.
- Compilation of the Unaudited Financial Report in accordance with the Singapore Financial Report Standard.
- GST Submission.
- Company Secretary services
- Receipts process and relevant accounting records
- Record bills for invoices received
- Reconcile transactions with the bank
- Diploma level qualification in accounting or related field
- A minimum of two years of financial accounting.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
