Job Description
Responsibilities * Reports to the Financial Controller * Manage the finance and accounting, human resource and administration functions * Assist the FC to setup accounting reporting systems a Responsibilities Reports to the Financial Controller Manage the finance and accounting, human resource and administration functions Assist the FC to setup accounting reporting systems and internal controls functions Manage cash flows Responsible for monthly closing and annual audit Assist in corporate secretarial, income tax filing and other legal and statutory requirements Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, customers, auditors, bankers and other external parties in the Asia Pacific region Performs any other duties assigned Requirements Minimum a Degree in Finance/Accounting Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably with experience working in accounting firm Proactive, resourceful and meticulous Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written
