Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for an experienced Accountant for one of our iconic retail assets in Paya Lebar.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

• Responsible for the overall operations of MCST project, handles several full sets of accounts for MCST.
• Perform month-end account closing activities and reconciliations
• Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries for accruals and variances
• Ensure timely financial & monthly management reporting.
• Perform accounting analyses and reporting to support decision-making purposes
• Responsible for the overall coordinating of yearly budgeting and forecasting
• Reconciling of sinking funds transaction with MA
• Prepared cash flow projection and Fixed deposit placement
• Ensure the completion of the GST with accuracy and filing on a timely basis
• Preparing of Audit schedule, Tax computation, liaise with auditors, tax agents for statutory reporting and compliance of tax filing respectively.
• Assist in preparing of council & AGM pack
• Ensure compliance with BMSMA, relevant laws, government rules and regulations and company's policies

To be a success in this role it is desirable, but not essential to have;

• Comprehensive experience in a related finance or similar role, and/or knowledge of computer-based accounting systems.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience and / or knowledge of company policies, practices and personnel in order to effectively carry out responsibilities.
• Technology and Process, Verbal Communication, Written Communication.
