Job Description


Looking for a part-time Accountant.

:-

  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping duties including bank reconciliation, AP, AR, GL etc. via MYOB and Excel.
  • Full set of Accounts.
  • Generate Statement Of Account and follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Monthly & yearly financial report (P&L, B/S) on a timely basis.
  • Liaise with auditors on statutory reporting and any other requirements.
  • Prepare payment vouchers, daily sales input, payment to supplier, etc.
  • Other administrative duties such as filing, apply work passes etc.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • Proficient in MS Office ie. Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Experience in MYOB preferred
  • Ability to handle full set of accounts is a must
  • Knowledge of charity rules and regulations added advantage.
  • Able to start work immediately
  • Must be able to work independently, be resourceful and take initiative

  • Part-time / Flexible working hours.
  • Open to WFH arrangement.
  • Location: Sungei Kadut
