Job Description

Job Title: Accountant Report to: CEO Location: Singapore

\xc2\xb7 .Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.)

• Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities.

• Support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines.

• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required.

• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement , audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal

• Assist in new processes and system implementation when required.

• Other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience

• 2-5 years of accounting/finance experience

\xc2\xb7 ACCA or its equivalents\xc2\xb7 Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

• Experience with accounting software.

• Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

• A self-starter who is able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment

• Strong technical accounting background & meticulous.
