- Generate and process invoices, credit notes, Statement of Accounts and other supporting documents to customers
- Follow up and monitor payments from customers within agreed payment terms
- Provide GL code on invoices for Accounts Admin Support to key into Accounting system
- Check and post AP invoices in Accounting system
- Prepare and propose weekly cash flow report to Management
- Perform month end closing
- Prepare balance sheet schedules and all other management reports
- Manage motor vehicle and equipment insurance
- Assist in audit
- Propose improvements to existing processes
