We are looking for two meticulous and committed individuals to join the Finance department. Responsibilities
Group consolidation of accounts
Prepare full set of company accounts under SAGE
Supervise a small team
Verify and ensure timely payments and collections with other departments
Support Accounting Manager on maximising cash flow and investment directions
Maintain audit schedules and reconciliation reports
Maintain fixed assets / inventory register and reconcile with GL control
Review and recommend SOPs and work procedures to comply with recommended practices
Statistics submission and insurance renewal
Provide administrative/coordinating support to Committees including minutes taking
Tax, corporate secretariat and audit related functions
Any other responsibilities as assigned from time to time
Requirements
ACCA, Degree in Accountancy / Business, or equivalent
At least 3 years of relevant post-qualifying experience
Previous exposure in audit firm(s) is advantageous
Consolidation, proficient in Microsoft office, SAGE or accounting software skill
Team supervising and multi-tasking skill
Able to start work at short notice or immediately is advantageous
