• :
• Weekly/monthly reconciliation of E-commerce activities.
• Recognize revenue in the correct accounting period and record various accounting entries.
• Reconcile all receipts from E-commerce platforms and marketplace.
• Review and reconcile General Ledger. Identify and investigate on discrepancies and make appropriate corrections.
• Assist in calculation and submission of tax returns in various jurisdictions.
• Monthly reconciliation of Inventory.
• Participate in annual audit and address queries raised by auditors.
• Work closely with external agents on annual corporate tax computation and submission.
• Participate in month-end closing and ensure timely submission of monthly reports.
• Analyse accounting data when required.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy/CPA/ACCA/CA or equivalent
• Strong working knowledge in IFRS, GST, corporate tax.
• 4+ years in accounting (prior E-Commerce/Retail experience is preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills in organizing and analysing big data.
• Ability to process large amount of data with different tools.
• Willingness to study new knowledge, fast thinking, and ability to learn with analogy.
• Be proactive and be responsible.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment, ability multi-task and prioritize.

Job Type: Permanent Salary: $4,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary
• Performance bonus

Education:

• Bachelor\'s or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 4 years (Preferred)
