Responsible for the full spectrum of monthly financial accounting from preparation, reconciling, closing, reporting, forecasting, and analysis for the real estate development arm
Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities & external parties (external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities) to support and ensure compliance with all statutory and internal finance & tax filing requirements, audits, procedures, and forms.
Any Ad-hoc financial matters
Manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Job Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in similar capacity
Experienced working in real estate industry
Able to work independently
Meticulous and positive
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word Hand-on experience with ACCPAC system is an added advantage
Immediate availability or able to start work at short notice preferred
