As an Account Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting department and ensuring the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
Update and maintain accounting records and files.
Assist in the preparation of payroll and tax filings.
Handle general book-keeping tasks, including data entry and recordkeeping.
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
Support the accounting team with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Follow company policies and procedures to maintain financial integrity.
Requirements:
Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
