Our Team

Based in Singapore, Lumens Group is a family of brands offering an ecosystem of services around cars. Our story began as a private hire car leasing company to address the needs of the new sharing economy led by Uber and Grab. Our core business has been leasing to ride hailing drivers and we grew our car fleet to one of the largest in Singapore in under 8 years. During this time, we have expanded our services to personal & corporate vehicle leasing, vehicle purchasing and financing.

Emerging strong from the Covid-19 period, Lumens is building for an exciting new era that brings in a wide range of merchants and individual consumers to our ecosystem. By owning a critical mass of vehicles and driver relationships, we are able to innovate on vehicle setup, driver upskilling & deployment, as well as technology and data capabilities to build mobility platform services that impact our everyday lives.

Responsibilities:

• Support the CFO in accounting monthly closing and reporting activities
• Lead and drive the Finance department towards accounting ERP migration & RAP processing
• Champion the ERP system, to ensure it is utilized to its full potential, to continually improve processes and efficiency with finance function and wider business
• Responsible for full spectrum of finance functions in accordance with statutory requirements, financial accounting regulations, company policies and procedures
• Prepare management reports and perform financial analysis
• Responsible for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting & analysis of financial accounts
• Review group entities accounts
• Liaise with Auditors to ensure appropriate documenting and monitoring of internal controls
• Preparation and submission of GST filing, government surveys and corporate tax
• Manage and review inter-company reconciliation and confirmation

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in accounting, Finance, ACCA or its equivalent.
• At least 5 years of accounting or relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in using Power BI or similar tolls for business analysis will be advantage.
• Good knowledge of accounting regulatory compliance.
• Meticulous, performance-oriented, self-motivated personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong advanced Microsoft Excel with analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, independent, take responsibility and ownership of task assigned and see tasks to completion.
• Good communication , coordination and presentation skills.
