Responsibilities:

• Lead engagement with the shared service provider on Order-to-Cash process performance and ensure smooth running of daily operations as required
• Regular monitoring and reporting on accounts receivables balances, with particular focus on aged accounts and root cause analysis contributing to any delays in receiving cash
• Ensure timely and accurate recording and payment of the royalty payments and volume rebates
• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, periodic management reports and board meeting materials to internal and external stakeholders
• Manage and oversee the financial transactions and reconciliations between different entities
• Responsible for identification, recording, accounting, reporting and timely capitalization of capital projects. Reconciliating and reporting of capital work in progress and to carry out asset sighting activities
• Ensuring robust processes and controls are in place and is working effectively. Identifies, implements and reviews effective processes and controls around gaps and risks identified during audits or Sarbanes Oxley assessment
• Build strong financial and commercial awareness with the business managers to improve performance
• Alignment of processes and revision of the policies with the APAC unit
• Perform asset sighting to ensure existence and completeness of the asset listing
• Support and participate in continuous improvement projects and other finance support functions including budgeting and special projects
• Embark on digitalization journey with the Company

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in auditing and knowledge of SAP preferred
• Team player with positive attitude
