:

Seeking a Financial Accountant to drive financial performance through analysis and reporting.

Overseeing the month-end closing process including GL, and preparation of financial and management reports will be required

This role also contributes to preparing the Financial position of the company while involving in the modernization of our Finance processes and systems.

He/She acts as an interface toward internal and external Business Partners, including suppliers, customers and financial institutions when necessary.

GENERAL LEDGER & REPORTING

Month end closing activities including preparing of GL entries, Accruals, Prepayments, Deferreds, Reclassifications and Month End Cost Allocation run.

Perform of entries pertaining to HR matter

Checking of Bank/Vendor/Customer Reconciliation prepared by team members as part of the Monthly Closing package.

Preparing the monthly financial reporting on timely and with accuracy submission of reports with analysis supporting schedules.

Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts.

Understand and analysis of root cause and ability to explain major fluctuation in profit and loss reports

Monthly Revaluation process

Collaborating with internal departments to gather, analyze and interpret relevant financial information for Consolidation, and Transfer Pricing reporting

FIXED ASSETS

Fixed Asset Management in SAP including providing advice to the business on capitalisation rules and depreciation policies.

Cleanse the assets register through regular checks including assessing assets disposal requests.

Support the Fixed Assets reporting ensuring compliance with Accounting rules

OTHERS

Liaise with Auditor and involve in the preparation of Annual Audit Financial Statement Process

Involve in the Computation of ECI for year end closing

Liaise with Tax agent on the preparation and review of Corporate Tax computations & Return

Preparation of Withholding Tax, Quarterly GST reporting / submission

Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting financial data relating to Consolidation and Transfer Pricing reporting.

Any other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor/management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Accountancy or ACCA with experience in financial accounting or auditing.

At least 3 years of relevant experience with a full set of accounting experience preferred.

Knowledge in Financial Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards, Taxation (GST, company income tax, Withholding tax) and Transfer Pricing

Proficiency in SAP and Google Workplace applications will be of advantage

Hands on, Organized and meticulous with an eye for details. Able to prioritize task and meet high standards with tight reporting deadlines

A resourceful team player with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with minimal supervision, can take initiative.
