RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Responsible for BU ledger bookkeeping to ensure correct financial data of related cost center, debit/credit notes issued timely and correctly.
• Conduct all ledger-related activities such as general ledger compilation, ledger postings and balance control.
• Apply accounting techniques and standard practices to classify and record financial transactions.
• Monitor, manage, and report AR & AP processes according to schedule and procedures.
• Review cash advances report, outstanding invoice. Conduct check cashing transactions. Review bank balance.
• Compile, conduct, and report all documents and processes related to tax liability implementation, such as AR flow, documents needed by tax inspector and auditor, income tax / GST, tax payments, arranged equalization of income tax, and government tax office correspondence, based on applicable procedure and regulation.
• Calculate corporate income tax based on applicable procedure and regulation.
• BU/Function reporting to highlight budget/actual financial result analysis, ensure all report is in compliance with applicable tax rules.
• Ensure proper internal controls related to financial reporting and accounting processes through understanding business module and trade flow to highlight key business impact factors of BU.
• Coordinate in month-end general ledger close, prepare balance sheet reconciliations, provide Profit & Loss analysis.
• Analyze data and draft standard management and financial accounting report packages.
• Provide financial support to BU/Functions as per agreed turnaround times.
• Support internal and external auditing and tax function for analysis reporting for assigned BU.
• Initiate, suggest and demonstrate process improvement
• Analyze and support system implementation

REQUIREMENTS :

• Above 5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
• Experience in Food & Agriculture, commodity trading business is a plus
• CPA or equivalent designation is preferred
• Broad and in dept knowledge in Accounting and Finance concepts, practices, and process
• Familiar with applicable Accounting and Finance laws, regulations and environment, and internal policies
• Knowledge in applicable Tax laws and Audit policy and procedures
• Knowledge in general accounting and reporting, management reporting, managing general ledgers, financial data, tax reporting with accuracy and quality
• Familiar with ITAS (Integrated Trading and Accounting Solutions) \xe2\x80\x93 a plus
