Location: North

Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Monitoring of monthly closing process.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly and annual group reporting packages to headquarters (HQ) in Malaysia, attend queries raised from HQ in Malaysia.

\xc2\xb7 Review subsidiaries and sub-group management account, provide guidance to subsidiaries on accounting/financial issues

\xc2\xb7 Lead audit process, prepare group audit report and goodwill assessment working. Review subsidiaries\' audit report.

\xc2\xb7 Manage annual group budgeting cycle (operational, capex), review subsidiaries\' budget and presentation slides

\xc2\xb7 Liaise with corporate secretaries for XBRL filing

\xc2\xb7 Set up Group Finance policies

\xc2\xb7 Management of intercompany transactions and agreements

\xc2\xb7 Supervision of system migration process in MS AX implementation, custody of Group COA and Group FX.

\xc2\xb7 Support CFO in corporate finance initiatives, cash flow projections, potential acquisition and divestment

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelors Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related qualification

\xc2\xb7 Must have knowledge in Singapore Taxation, Singapore FRS

\xc2\xb7 Experience in preparing consolidated accounts

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 3 years of related experience.

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in MS Office Suite

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in Microsoft AX accounting software will be an advantage

\xc2\xb7 Able to perform under work pressure and deadline
