Epicsoft Asia is a leading channel partner for games and entertainment software in Asia, with over 16 years of game publisher relationships, retail network management, marketing services and creative media design capabilitiesWe are looking for an Accountant with the below responsibilities:Reporting to the CFO, he/she will be responsible for the following duties but are not limited to:\xc2\xb7 Manage full sets of accounts\xc2\xb7 Perform weekly payment processing functions and update of cash books\xc2\xb7 Prepare journal entries, accounting schedules, reconciliations and management reports\xc2\xb7 Ensure the company\'s books are properly kept in accordance with accounting standards and company policies\xc2\xb7 Manage accurate accounting data maintain in accounting system\xc2\xb7 Work closely with internal parties such as sales team to place purchase orders, monitor customers\' invoices and payment issues.\xc2\xb7 Assist in external audits.\xc2\xb7 Assist and support projects/tasks as requiredRequirements:\xc2\xb7 Candidate with a degree in Accounting, professional accountancy qualification or equivalent\xc2\xb7 CPA preferred\xc2\xb7 At least 5 years of working experience in accounting\xc2\xb7 Experience working in trading companies & knowledge on inventory system preferred\xc2\xb7 Good interpersonal & communication skills\xc2\xb7 Experience with general ledger functions and full set accounting\xc2\xb7 Hands-on experience with accounting software packages i.e. Xero & MYOB\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated, highly organized, and attention to detail.\xc2\xb7 Singaporean / PR only
