• Check and record intercompany invoices, vendor invoices, and employee reimbursements.
• Prepare and review Accounts Payable Aging report.
• Prepare payments for intercompany, vendors and employee reimbursements.
• Prepare monthly accruals and reconciliations.
• Liaise with service provider to ensure timely and accurate tax filings for GST, TDS/WHT, etc.
• Support initiatives on new systems and process improvements.

• More than 10 years experience in Accounts Payable covering Asia Pac countries, including Singapore, Australia, Japan and India.
• Experience with foreign currency and multicurrency transactions.
• Language skills: Good English skills (verbal and written)
• Japanese language skills - advantage.
• Technical skills: Microsoft Office Apps (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• Knowledge in Business applications (ERP NetSuite) - advantage.
• Can-do attitude, big motivation and welcomes new challenges.
• Good interpersonal skills and good team player.
• High degree of focus on quality and accuracy
• Adhere to reporting and filing timelines.
