Job Description
:
- Liaise with external auditor and assist on the audit field work
- Draft and/or review Group FS and FS for subsidiaries
- Perform and review tax computation. File tax computation before 30 Nov.
- Perform estimation tax payables for company and file ECI
- Solve the tax queries/draft the tax replies or liaise with tax agent on the tax issues raised by IRAS
- Prepare monthly/quarterly management group reporting
- Prepare the consolidation report of the group for review and reporting purpose
- Conduct financial analysis for acquire companies
- Ensure all financial and accounting matters are consistent compliance with the accounting policy, procedures and providing recommendation as and when necessary
- Draft agreements for inter-companies and do necessary documentation for management approval
- Solve technical issues in regard to FRS/Tax/Transfer Pricing
- Assist on any other ad-hoc task(s) assigned
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance;
- 3-5 years of accounting experience, costing accounting preferred;
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills and high confidence in stating professional opinions; and
- Strong excel skills, especially advanced financial modeling and analytical techniques.
