:Overview:You will play a crucial role in financial accounting and reporting processes. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and providing valuable insights to support the company's strategic decision-making.Responsibilities:

• Preparing and analysing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports
• Conducting financial audits and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Providing financial analysis and recommendations to management
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
• Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting practices and regulations

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or its equivalent in Finance/Accounting
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar Accountant role
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements
• Proficient in the use of accounting software ie. SAGE and spreadsheet ie MS Office applications
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
