Accountant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage key financial functions. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is adept at managing the month-end close process, ensuring compliance, and providing accurate financial reporting. You will play a critical part in optimizing our financial operations and contributing to the company's strategic goals.

This position offers mentorship and a clear path for career development in accounting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the full month-end and year-end close process, ensuring all deadlines are met.
2. Prepare and post journal entries
3. Perform detailed account reconciliations for balance sheet accounts
4. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
5. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
6. Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, providing guidance to junior staff
7. Support the annual audit process by preparing schedules and working directly with external auditors.
8. Ensure compliance with local government reporting requirements and tax filings.
9. Assist in monthly payroll process for offshore crew

Job Requirement

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting
2. Strong, demonstrated experience with the full month-end close process preferred, but not compulsory
3. Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
4. High level of integrity and accuracy, with a keen attention to detail.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
