Responsibilities:

Independently execute full sets of accounts.
Liaise with headquarters and overseas companies on intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
prepare month end reports and management flux analysis.
work with accounting and tax firms to prepare financial statements for statutory and tax reporting

Position Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant accounting and finance related field.
Degree in accounting or related required
Good communication and effective stake-holder management skills, Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with partners in China
Able to start in short notice
Proficient in employment act, government regulatory guidelines and local tax legislations
