Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the full spectrum of the finance and accounting function of Singapore HQ and overseas offices
• Responsible for AR/AP, assist in GST Reporting, Corporate Tax and Deferred Tax
• Responsible for the review of internal controls to ensure compliance to corporate policies and procedures for certain areas / markets
• Liaise with internal, external advisors especially audit and tax professionals, on accounting, taxation and other relevant issues to ensure that all relevant compliances requirements are met
• Correspondence with bank pertaining to bank loans

Requirement:

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with 4 to 6 years' relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office in particular Excel and Word
• Resourceful, meticulous, and independent with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, organized and a good team player
• Able to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines
• Experience with SAP Business One, SAP Concur and STRAVIS will be advantageous
• Experience in Internal Audit and J-Sox Reporting will be advantageous
