5 Days Role * Office at Redhill / Queenstown * Trading Industry Responsibilities * In charge of full set of accounts and supervise finance team * Check the workflow of AP & AR * R 5 Days Role Office at Redhill / Queenstown Trading Industry Responsibilities In charge of full set of accounts and supervise finance team Check the workflow of AP & AR Responsible for prompt follow up on collection of accounts receivables Prepare & review accounting journals, monthly schedules & monthly reconciliations Perform monthly financial analysis of PL & BS In-charge of monthly stock-take Perform regular fixed assets physical count & tagging Prepare & review GST reporting Extract and reconcile intercompany figures Prepare audit schedules & liaise with auditors and tax agents Prepare financial statements Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements : Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent Prior experience in SAGE 300 / ACCPAC would be advantageous Prior experience in retail or trading industry is preferable
