MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for an Accountant! About the account: DrCatalyst
DrCatalyst (DrC) is a remote healthcare staffing organization that has over 250 billable staff from the Philippines.

Work Schedule and Arrangement: 9 PM - 6 AM PHT; Remote set-up/Onsite set-up

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Responsibilities:

• Processing payment of vendor invoices in a timely and organized manner
• Perform account reconciliation (bank, credit card, etc.)
• Examine financial transactions and ensure adequate documentation
• Maintain account schedules (Fixed Asset, Loan, Prepaid Expenses, etc.)
• Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Preparation of FS and reporting to management
• Provide support during audit and tax reporting
• Preparation of ad hoc reports needed by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
• At least 1 year experience in accounting or audit
• Prefers to work on a graveyard shift since clients are not based in the Philippines
• Proficient in MS Excel (knowledge in lookup formulas & pivot tables are preferred)
• Good English communication skills
• Someone who has initiative and can work with less supervision
• Time management, data entry management, and general math skills

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

• Monthly salary of 16,000 or more depending on experience
• New hire bonus of 5,000
• Monthly risk allowance of 2,000
