SGD 2,500 - SGD 3,000 Our successful candidate's main duties include: . Processing weekly sale reports, payments, and bank reconciliation . Monitoring ticket issues, refunds, authorizing refunds, creating ADM/ ACM (Agent debit memo, agent credit memo). . Processing invoices and payments. . Processing payroll. . Tending to travel agents and/or passengers' refunds and to suppliers' payment inquiries/requests. . Receiving the pax manifests from station staff, input, calculate and process PSSF payment to CAG weekly. . Verifying and providing new AWB to CSA per request. Preparing overriding commission report to agent and proceeding quarterly. Sending AWBs and cargo manifest to HO. . All other office administration duties. The minimum requirements for our successful candidate include: . Advanced Diploma/Bachelor of finance or accounting: . Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office products . Proven interpersonal and customer service skills . Proven English proficiency with a minimum score of 600 (TOEIC) or 500 (TOEFL) or 6.0 (IELTS) . Vietnamese speaking is an advantage.
