Position Summary: To assist the accounting team with accounting services for a range of clients.

• Setting up Xero workpapers
• Sharing queries with clients
• Confirming that queries/attachments have been answered satisfactorily by clients, otherwise sharing again
• Marketing (up to 5 hours a week) – drafting social media posts and quarterly newsletters, along with keeping our website current
• Finishing setting up trust/company software by checking/populating information, then uploading scanned historical documents
• Other accounting office jobs as required

This role will include one-off project work as well as regular weekly/monthly areas of responsibility to keep the work flowing for the accounting team. It would suit someone that is able to work without supervision and enjoys helping the team achieve collective success.
