Job Description
Provides accounting assistance to the Accounting and Finance Department
Persistence in realizing receivables
Monitors due dates of all accounts payables and executes payments of accounts payable on time
Duties appropriate for the position
With a college degree in either Accounting, Business, Finance or related field
Proven accounting and finance experiences, preferably in accounts receivable and accounts payable
Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
Accuracy and attention to detail
Aptitude for numbers
Well organized
