Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the full set of accounts of the company including accounts receivable, accounts payable, lease processing, intercompany billing, staff expense processing, GST submissions, month end closing, bank reconciliations and all other related matters.
  • Ability to provide regular reports in a timely manner, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, project reports or other internal analysis reports required by management.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate and liaise with external parties such as tax attorneys, company secretarial attorneys, local tax and government agencies, etc.
  • Ensure that accounting data and accounting documents (including hardware and copies, etc.) are filed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Able to complete other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements:
  • Possess at least a degree/diploma in Accounting/Financial Management.
  • 3-5 years of working experience, accounting experience in catering or education/study abroad consulting service industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel office software, proficiency in financial systems such as Xero/Odoo is preferred.
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin in order to deal with Chinese speaking colleagues, suppliers and customers.
  • Willing to take responsibility and be able to complete tasks accurately and on time.
