• Salary details: up to $3,200
• Working Days and Hours : Mondays to Fridays : 8.30am to 6.00pm
• Location of work : Ubi Key
• Company Benefits : AWS, Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Full spectrum of Accounts Payable/Receivable duties
• Ensure all receipts, payment and reminder are taken in timely and accurately
• Compare and do analysis for company expenses
• Handle petty cash/staff claims Handle loan, hire purchase, PIC application etc
• Liasing with Finance company
• Cash flow analysis
• Prepare weekly & monthly Sales Report, Month-end reporting
• Managing inventory of assets and stock and conduct annual stock check
• Liaise with auditors, statutory board
• Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required

Requirement:

• Diploma in Accounting, LCCI or equivalents
• At least 1 year working experience of general accounting
• Good knowledge in any accounting software
