to support our finance and admin operations. You will be responsible for daily accounting duties, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with reports and audits. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and has experience with accounting software (preferably Xero).
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting transactions including data entry, invoicing, and payments
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate ledgers
Prepare and update Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) records
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
Support preparation of financial statements and management reports
Manage petty cash and staff expense claims
Coordinate with vendors and customers on billing matters
Ensure proper filing and documentation of all financial records
Assist in general administrative tasks when required
Requirements:
Minimum NITEC / Diploma, or related field
At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (Xero is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and organizational skills
