Documents Custodian
1. Obtain receipts (Income & Expenses) from Client.
2. Sort by month and attach to a sheet of paper and write Control Number for each Receipt.
3. Maintain 1 Folder/Arc File for each Client.
4. Organize Alphabetically in the File Cabinet.
Data Entry
5. Enter in the system all the receipts sorted and numbered. Encode all the needed information completely.
6. Refer to Chart of Accounts per Company as what Account title is to be use for the expenses.
Bookkeeping
8. Generate report (Summary of Sales and Purchases) export to excel.
9. Copy the Date, Particulars, Amounts and Account Title and write in Corresponding Accounting Books; GL, CRB, CDB, GJ, SJ & PJ.
10. Preparation of all BIR Taxes form (1601,2550,2551,1701) and other necessary attachementsJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduateSalary: From Php9,000.00 per monthBenefits:
