Responsibilities
  • Process payments and documents such as invoices, employee reimbursements, and financial statements
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable, including simple bookkeeping and banking tasks
  • Prepare general ledger postings and statements
  • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
  • Assist HR activities
Skills
  • Practical accounting experience
  • Previous office experience a plus
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports, a plus point for AutoCount software .
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Multitasker and well organized
  • Integrity and a willingness to learn
  • Positive attitude to support all areas of a small office environment
  • High school degree/Associate degree or relevant certification is a plus
