THE COMPANY
Our Client is a Multinational Corporation in the FMCG industry (P&L size of $30 Billion USD) with strong presence in APAC and headquartered in Singapore. They are now looking for an Accounting Director to join their team in Singapore, reporting to the CFO.
THE ROLE
The Accounting Director will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and reviewing work done by the finance team (7 reports)
- Leading all the critical activities for the new projects, restructuring or governance
- Consolidation and management reporting for regional subsidiaries
- Developing regional management reporting on revenue, profit, and forecast
- Responsible for internal controls and policies
- Strategic and business planning, communicating with different internal stakeholders
- Statutory Reporting duties (Tax, Audit, etc)
- Understanding of Treasury functions
- Business Partnering with different departments (Regional Tax, Regional Procurement, etc)
- Possesses a Degree in Accountancy/Finance. ACCA or CPA graduates may also apply
- Has at least 10 -15 years of work experience, preferably started their career in an audit environment
- Good interpersonal skill, team player, self-motivated and analytical mind.
- Strong Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Clear and rapid career progression
