Accounting Executive ($3500 $4200/aws/vb)

Job Description
$4200 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: NorthResponsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts and day to day data-processing
- Manage overall accounting functions such as Account Receivables, Account Payables, Payroll
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing financial reporting to management
- Preparation of accounting schedules, reconciliation of accounts, management & cash flow reports
- Liaise with external auditor on all audit matters
- Ensure all payments and receipts are properly authorized and recorded
- Assist in all related areas such as statutory audit, corporate tax and GST
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or other business-related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Singapore income tax rules, procedures and guidelines is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
