Job Description
Our Client:
Our client is one of the Japanese global leaders specialising in Marine and Industrial power generation equipment. They are currently looking for an Accounts Executive to join their growing team in Singapore. Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native StakeholdersThe Responsibilities:
- Posting of Account Receivable, Account Payable, Cash book
- Monthly and Quarterly Stravis Report and Sales Report
- In House Exchange Rate
- Monthly Accounting Schedule
- Posting of CO, PO & General Journal
- Cashflow report
- Bank Reconciliaton
- Monthly Creation Syteline Invoice, Debit Note & Credit Note
- General Ledger Creation
- Main Equipment Down Pyment Reversal
- Assisting in payroll
- GST reports as well as Bank Evaluation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 5 to 6 years of experience in Accounting
- Experience working in a Japanese company will be considered an advantage
- Good team player, meticulous, and independent
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders
