Accounting & Finance Staff
Report to Accounting & Finance Manager
Objectives of the Job: Account Payable (Local / Oversea), Petty Cash, Taxation
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate recording and verification of accounts payable, accounts receivable (domestic and international), and fixed assets in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support budget planning, control, taxation, and BOI-related accounting tasks.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reports.
• Prepare and process payment and journal vouchers, payment documents, and accrual entries.
• Manage petty cash, cash flow planning, and waste reporting.
• Maintain currency rate records and reconcile balance sheets.
• Prepare and submit Withholding Tax (PND 3, 53), VAT, FTA, and Department of Industrial Works reports.
• Perform other assigned accounting and finance duties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• At least 5 years of accounting experience (preferably in manufacturing)
• Proficient in Thai GAAP, Microsoft Office (Excel), and ERP systems
• Knowledgeable in accounting systems, BOI, and taxation
• Able to communicate in English
• Good communication and coordination skills with various departments
• Detail-oriented, honest, and possesses professional ethics
• Responsible and able to work well under pressure
• Strong teamwork skills
• Experience & skills in Accounting Software, Accounting Knowledge, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• LN ERP system, Update taxation training
