Job Description
RESERV LOGISTICS AND TRADING CORPORATIONWe are in search for highly motivated and dynamic individuals to fit in the position below:"ACCOUNTING HEAD"
- DUTIES:
- Prepare daily cash position reports
- Checking of cheque or cash release
- Checking of liquidation
- In-charge in all Accounting month-end report (Disbursement, Billing, Collection, AR Balance, Bank Recon, Operations Expense, Payroll Entry, Balance Sheet, Income Statement and other reports required)
- Prepare month-end financial statement
- In-charge of filing and preparing of all BIR tax return forms
- In-charge in Annual General Information Sheet (GIS) and Audited Financial Statement (AFS)
- Process of renewal of Business Permit
- BS Accountancy Graduate
- 4-6 years experience in General Accounting and most BIR tax return form
- Knowledge in Financial Statement
- Preferably resident of Cavite or nearby City
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to organize and interpret data
- Ability to multitask and work with web-based applications and other systems
- Must be punctual and maintain attendance that meets or exceeds company expectations
- Any task assigned by the Top Management
- Can start ASAP
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm
- 8 hour shift
- Bacoor City, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Management: 4 years (Preferred)
- CPA (Preferred)
