Job Description
ITA Consultancy & Solutions Pte Ltd incorporated in Year 2019. We are a team with 10 years of experiences in accounting (in-house and outsource account support) , corporate secretarial services , company formation, taxation ( corporate tax, personal tax and GST) , human resource and payroll support , customized training course, internal control in operation and finance areas and supply chain management. Our clients ranges from SME startups to MNCs, across all industries.
General Ledger Maintenance: Support the maintenance of accurate ledgers and records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
Account Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations of bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.
Data Entry: Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting software and maintain organized records.
Tax Filings: Aid in the preparation of tax documents and filings, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the accounting department, including scheduling meetings and managing documentation.
Special Projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the accounting team.
