Job Description

$8K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: CentralResponsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring that all transactions are correctly documented. This includes overseeing accounts payable and receivable and maintaining the general ledger.
• Assist in preparing the annual budget, closely monitoring and reporting on variances between the budgeted and actual figures. Provide insights to management on financial performance.
• Prepare regular financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure these reports are accurate and comply with relevant financial regulations.
• Oversee the company\'s tax planning and compliance. This includes preparing and filing GST returns, corporate income tax, and other relevant taxes in a timely manner.
• Handle payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salaries, bonuses, deductions, and compliance with employment laws and tax regulations.
• Monitor the company\'s cash flow, managing inflows and outflows effectively to maintain financial stability.
• Regularly reconcile bank statements against the company\'s records to ensure accuracy in financial data.
• Provide support during internal and external audits, preparing necessary documents and implementing auditors\xe2\x80\x99 recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance or any other field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s tax laws, including GST and corporate income tax is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
