It has a 5 provincial-level construction methods and holds over 100 national patents, providing clients with optimal geotechnical equipment and engineering solutions.As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team and contribute to our financial operations.
Responsibilities
Handle the full set of accounts, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP).
Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Manage payroll processes, including CPF submissions and employee benefits.
Ensure timely and accurate GST and tax filing.
Oversee budget preparation and variance analysis.
Assist in the preparation of financial audits and liaise with auditors.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Support the finance team in ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST, and CPF regulations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
