Job Description

- Minimum 2 years of audit experience
- Experience in covering all group entities and global coverage i.e. UK, US, North Europe, China, Singapore, India
- Open to candidate who would like to step up in managing a team
- Drives the preparation of group financial statements as well as entity financial statements of the companies within the group in accordance with IFRS and SFRS.
- Liaises with the Group Auditor on audit issues and their resolutions. Update the Audit Committee on the progress of resolution of each.
- Prepares tax schedules and review income tax computation.
- Compiles and submits periodic management reports.
- Prepares annual budget/quarterly forecast and coordinates with different departments.
- Bookkeeping.
- SAP and BPC Accounting System Maintenance.
- Lead/Participate in ad hoc projects.
- Oversees the Group\xe2\x80\x99s manpower and administrative expenses.
- Oversees the Group\xe2\x80\x99s agency business.
- Provides assistance to sister companies when needed.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accountancy, or similar specialization from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience.
- Audit experience is a must. Accounting experience is preferred.
