Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual Financial Statement Reports, and analyze financial accounting data
  • Managing and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department such as but not limited to month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll processing, cash position reports, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, inventory monitoring, revenue monitoring, and capital assets reconciliations
  • Coordinate and complete audits
  • Improve accounting systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
  • Meet financial accounting objectives
  • Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess at least a College/Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy Must be a Certified Public Accountant Must have at least 7 years of working experience in equivalent capacity, supervisory/managerial experience in Audit Firm/Accounting Firm Comprehensive knowledge in cost accounting, BIR reportorial, payroll processing, financial statement preparation, and taxation Knowledgeable of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, taxation laws and regulations Able to work effectively with all levels of management Familiar in Financial Statement Reporting and bookkeeping task Result-oriented, self-motivated, and with strong analytical skills Good communication skills and ability to direct and superviseJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
  • Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
License/Certification:
  • CPA (Preferred)
