Manage full set of accounts & Inventory for online and retail operations
Oversee revenue recognition from e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify).
Monitor payment gateways, refunds, chargebacks, and sales reconciliation.
Prepare GST submissions and liaise with IRAS.
Support management with profit margin analysis, campaign ROI, and inventory costing.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on promotions, discounts, and supplier payments.
Lead automation of finance workflows with systems (SiteGiant, Xero, AutoCount).
Requirements
Degree in Accounting / Finance preferred.
2 years' experience in accounting, with at least 1 in e-commerce/retail.
Knowledge of Singapore GST and cross-border tax.
* Hands-on with accounting/ERP systems and strong Excel skills.
