Prepare accurate
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with

Analyze financial performance and trends to support decision-making

General Ledger Oversight
Manage and maintain the
general ledger
and chart of accounts
Ensure all transactions are
properly recorded and classified
Review and approve journal entries and account reconciliations

Month-End and Year-End Close
Lead the
month-end and year-end closing
process
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely submission of entries
Review accruals, prepaids, and deferrals

4.
Accounts Payable & Receivable Oversight
Supervise AP and AR teams/processes (invoices, payments, collections)
Monitor aging reports and cash flow impact
Ensure vendor and customer accounts are properly managed

Internal Controls & Compliance
Establish and maintain
internal controls
over financial processes
Ensure compliance with
company policies and accounting regulations
Support
audits
(internal and external) with required documentation

Lead and mentor
